The Michigan Wolverines just wanted to show a little birthday love to Jim Harbaugh on Tuesday, the man who might be their next leader.
If all goes according to plan for folks in Ann Arbor, Jim Harbaugh will be the new coach of the Michigan Wolverines by next week. Once the 49ers’ season comes to a close, they’re certainly hoping that they can lock up the man they want to lead the program going forward.
On Tuesday, the Wolverines wanted to just send everyone a little reminder that they’re thinking about him at all times.
In what could be a pretty nice troll job, Michigan took to the football team’s twitter account and sent out some Happy Birthday wishes to Harbaugh.

Now could this be a random act of kindness on their part? Sure it could. However, just a quick scroll down the timeline will show you that they don’t go out of their way to wish all alumni a happy birthday. Did they shout out Desmond Howard on his day of birth? No. Chad Henne?
So yeah, we can just go out of the way to assume that this was a pretty nice troll job done on the part of Michigan here, who is just trying to be nice to the man that might want to lead them back into the national title picture.
