4. Is Denver Capable Of Beating Elite Teams On The Road?

While the Denver Broncos have been playing outstanding football at home, they have hit some stumbling blocks on the road. The loss to the Bengals in Cincinnati was against a quality team, but it still dropped them to a 4-4 road record this season.

Denver has lost to the Seattle Seahawks, St. Louis Rams, New England Patriots, and of course the Bengals on the road. Those losses are not bad for the most part, but the Broncos need to win those types of games. At this point in time, Denver would only have to play one road game on the way to the Super Bowl and it would be against the New England Patriots.

Peyton Manning has had major issues walking into Foxborough and defeating Tom Brady, and that is something that he will have to do.

Earlier this season, the Patriots spanked the Broncos and sent them home with a 43-21 loss. That could be the biggest concern for the Broncos moving forward, and it could be what ends up knocking them out of the playoffs when everything is said and done.
