Los Angeles Lakers shooting guard Nick Young made it pretty clear that he wants Kobe Bryant to pass the ball more.
Kobe Bryant is one of the greatest scorers in NBA history. However, at age 36, Bryant has done more harm than good this season for the Los Angeles Lakers.

Bryant is shooting an abysmal 37.2 percent from the floor on a whopping 22.4 shot attempts per game. There’s no getting around the fact that the Lakers would be better off with the inefficient Bryant shooting less.
So, kudos to Nick “Swaggy P” Young for basically saying as much on Tuesday after the Kobe-less Lakers dispatched an excellent Golden State Warriors team.
From ESPN:
"“Some guys just played like ‘Django Unchained’ — they were free tonight,” he said. And what would Young tell Bryant?“Pretty much going to have to tell Kobe to pass me the ball, pass us the ball,” Young said. “Tell him to take the backseat for a little bit. He can be ‘Driving Miss Daisy’ and I can be Miss Daisy and drive.”"
The problem for the Lakers is that there is a slim chance that Bryant will start passing more. As evidenced by his recent outburst at Lakers general manger Mitch Kupchak, Bryant believes only his teammates to be the reason why Los Angeles is losing.
But hopefully, for the sake of the Lakers and their fan base, Swaggy P’s words Tuesday night will resonate with Bryant.
