I never played football as a kid. I wasn’t interested in it at all. I was more interested in sports like basketball, soccer, and baseball. Come to think of it, I didn’t enjoy playing basketball, I hated running all the time in soccer, and was just stuck in the outfield in baseball. I played lacrosse for a season in High School, but had to stop when I tripped over my pants and fractured my growth plate in my shoulder leading me to dislocate my shoulder a total of 13 times to date. Yes, I tripped over my big baggy pants, fell down, and hurt my shoulder. The doctor wouldn’t clear me to play anymore. Pants. You bastard.
I can’t even imagine being one of elite teenage athletes. The ones who are being hounded from Middle School by scouters and receive so many letters in High School that they can fill a bathtub.
That’s where we find four-star outside linebacker Quart’e Sapp. Literally taking a bath in offer letters. I can’t fathom it. We can see Tennessee, Florida, Missouri, Michigan State, and a few others in there. 247Sports says he’s leaning towards Tennessee, which is fine with me. My Vols need some help, desperately.
So enjoy the photo Sapp posted on Twitter, he definitely has a difficult decision to make.
