Report: Jim Harbaugh And Michigan Work Out Deal
By Jack Crosby
It seems as if the Michigan Wolverines and Jim Harbaugh have come to an agreement to make him the next head coach of the program.
Everyone is watching and waiting to see whether or not Jim Harbaugh will become the next head coach of the Michigan Wolverines. His last game with the San Francisco 49ers will be this Sunday, meaning that the time will soon be here when we will find out the answer to that question.
Well, apparently the answer to that question will be: Yes, he will be returning to Michigan to run the program.
According to CBS 5 out in Arizona, the same outlet that originally reported the $8 million per year contract, Harbaugh and Michigan worked out a deal on Friday that could see him introduced to Michigan faithful as early as Tuesday.
At this point the only speculation has been that Harbaugh will either head back to Michigan or stay in the Bay area to take over the Oakland Raiders. However, the main belief lately has been that the offer from the Wolverines is just too good to pass up.
So as of this Friday night, it appears as if Jim Harbaugh will be the unquestioned savior of Michigan football –officially– by Tuesday.
