John Wall is quickly becoming one of the best players in the NBA, and it seems that he is making the highlight reels nearly each and every night. He has been known for his impressive acrobatic finishes on fast breaks, and now he is moving towards 360 layups.
The Boston Celtics found that out first hand on Saturday night, when Wall attacked the rim and finished a 360 layup around a defender. Needless to say, that type of play isn’t something that is seen each and every day. He is becoming a superstar with each passing week, and the Wizards have an extremely bright future with him leading the way.
Take a look at Wall finishing the 360 layup against the Celtics for yourself:
So far this season in 28 games with the Wizards, Wall has averaged 18.0 points, 10.5 assists, and 4.7 rebounds per game. He has also become a two-way star, averaging 2.1 steals per game. Those numbers prove that he is taking the necessary steps to get into the “superstar” category of players in the NBA.
These types of plays will also help him solidify his spot among the NBA’s best.
