NFL MVP Race: Top 5 MVP Candidates Heading Into Week 17

Who’s going to step up and take the NFL‘s Most Valuable Player Award?
Because NFL MVP is a regular season award, everything in this surprisingly close race for the Most Valuable Player award comes down to one more game.
That means the top players in the league have one more week to leave a lasting impression on voters and make their best case for why they deserve the MVP award.

While I don’t think that goes through many player’s minds too often, everyone likes recognition, and that’s motivation enough to bring it for one more week of the NFL season.
The problem with this MVP race is that there’s been no standout candidates for the entire season.
There’s a nice group of players at the top, but no one has had a extraordinary season or broke any long-standing NFL records. The MVP award is still up in the air.
Because it’s still relatively undecided, I’ve put together the presentations for the top five candidates in the MVP race and have ranked the least likely to most likely to win the MVP award.
