After countless rumors linking Jim Harbaugh to the Michigan Wolverines, the San Francisco 49ers head coach and Michigan officials will meet once the NFL regular season comes to an end.
For the last quarter of the NFL regular season, there have been countless reports and rumors linking San Francisco 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh to the Michigan Wolverines head coaching job.
Now that the position is vacant and no one believes Harbaugh is returning to San Francisco, the reports are again heating up.
Things will reach a new level following Week 17, with Michigan officials heading to the Bay Area to meet with Harbaugh about the job once the NFL regular season has reached its conclusion.
The Oakland Raiders will also be in on the hunt.

Of course, Harbaugh will take care of his 49ers duties after hosting the Arizona Cardinals before turning his attention to Michigan.
Before Jim Harbaugh meets with #Michigan or #Raiders, the plan is to handle his #49ers commitments first. But both sides will be ready.

At this point, it seems like Harbaugh’s next job will come down to whether he chooses to NFL or collegiate level.
If he wants to remain in the NFL, look for Harbaugh to be patrolling the Raiders sidelines in 2015. If he opts for college, Harbaugh’s sweater will seemingly be Michigan blue.
