All hockey fans know how intense the rivalry is between the Philadelphia Flyers and the Pittsburgh Penguins. The battles between the teams on the ice have been some of the ugliest I have ever seen. The 2012 first round playoff match-up between the two teams immediately come to mind when I think about this rivalry.
Oh boy, that was a bloodbath.
The main ingredient that fuels this rivalry even more is the hatred the Flyers fans (and players to be perfectly honest) have for Penguins captain Sidney Crosby. Actually, every hockey fan other than Penguins fans have hatred towards Sidney Crosby, but for the sake of this video will just stick with the hate of Flyers fans.
This young Flyers fan shows everyone what it precisely means to be a Flyers fan.
To be fair to the kid, that would be my reaction too.
This young Flyers fan just had his Christmas completely ruined when he opened a gift from his family and revealed the black and gold of a Pittsburgh Penguins jersey. The kid is disgusted even more when he finds out its a Crosby jersey. His father must be so proud.
The jersey was apparently mistakenly ordered by the family, so they decided to have some fun with the kid to see what his reaction would be. I’m sure they were not disappointed, because we definitely weren’t.
