The Dallas Cowboys and Washington Redskins are squaring off in the final week of the NFL regular season in a rather meaningless game. The Redskins are locked into the last place in the division while the Cowboys have already clinched the NFC East crown.
That doesn’t mean the rivalry dies between these two. Late in the game with the Cowboys up by 17 points, things started to boil over. It started with this first play which led to some confrontations between the Redskins’ offensive unit and the Cowboys defensive unit.
Moments later the Redskins scored on a Robert Griffin scramble.
A blind side block on a Cowboys player ignited another brawl after the score. It was Cowboys cornerback Orlando Scandrick stepping in to defend a teammate, which is admirable but stupid when you consider the fact that the Cowboys have playoffs to worry about and can’t be getting suspended.
