Ryan Lindley

Yes he did play against the Seattle Seahawks last week, but Ryan Lindley needs to improve going forward. After his original diagnosis, Drew Stanton was supposed to be ready for the playoffs after suffering a Grade 2 ACL and MCL sprain in Week 15 against the St. Louis Rams. However, Stanton had his right knee scoped on Wednesday and he is out indefinitely. That means the Arizona Cardinals might have to roll with Lindley in the playoffs.

If the Cardinals win and the Seahawks lose to the Rams, Arizona will be the NFC’s No. 1 seed and they will have home-field advantage. However, the chances of that happening are slim. That being said, the Cardinals will have to win the NFC as a fifth seed. This is another game to give Lindley experience before the playoffs next weekend.
