Tampa Bay Buccaneers Score Actual Touchdown (Video)
By Phil Watson
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were held to a season-low 109 yards and three points last week, but they have found the end zone Sunday. For real.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are 28th in the NFL in scoring offense and 31st in total offense and are coming off a game in which they scored three points and gained 109 total yards.
But the Bucs scored an actual touchdown in the second quarter of their season finale against the New Orleans Saints Sunday when Josh McCown threw a 6-yard scoring pass to rookie Mike Evans to cap an 11-play, 80-yard drive.
With a little more than five minutes to go in the first half, the Buccaneers are leading the Saints 10-7 and already have gained 160 total yards.

Of course, Tampa Bay can secure the No. 1 overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft with a loss to the Saints. At 2-13, the Bucs are tied with the Tennessee Titans for the worst record in the league, but hold the tie-breaker disadvantage.
Lovie Smith’s return to the NFL coaching ranks has been a tough one. Tampa Bay came into Sunday with five straight losses and are trying to avoid going 0-8 at home for the first time in franchise history.
The Buccaneers haven’t won at Raymond James Stadium since Dec. 8, 2013, a 27-6 win over the Buffalo Bills in Week 14 last season.
