The 2014 NFL regular season has come to a close, and once again, we saw some tremendous quarterback play from some of the biggest names in the business. However, only one person can be looked upon as the most popular at the position when all is said and done for a campaign.
So with that being said, who was the most popular quarterback in the NFL for the 2014 season? Well if we look at jersey sales, which is a good gauge of popularity, then Peyton Manning is indeed your man.
Yes, according to the DICK’S Sporting Goods Jersey Report, which reflects sales both nationwide and online, Manning was the tops on the list of quarterback jersey sales for the 2014 season. As a matter of fact, he was the best-selling jersey in the entire NFL when all was said and done.

Given the amazing career that he has had, as well as an amazing 2014 regular season, there really is no shock happening in regards to Manning being the jersey king.
During the 2014 season Manning once again led the Broncos to the AFC West title and they will have a bye in the first round of the NFL Playoffs. He threw for 4,727 yards with 39 touchdowns and 15 interceptions.
However, you know that the prize that Manning really has his eye on is getting that second Super Bowl trophy that eluded him this past February.
But before he gets that, he has claimed the QB jersey king title here in 2014.
