Rex Ryan took an unusual and unconventional, albeit cool, way to say good bye to New York Jets players this morning.

The New York Jets decided to part ways with head coach Rex Ryan after a 4-12 season that had them finish at the bottom of the AFC East division. That means Ryan had to say good bye to his team and did so in tremendous fashion.
