1. Seattle Seahawks

Russell Wilson and Marshawn Lynch have the Seattle Seahawks rolling on all cylinders at the right time, and they are the number one seed in the NFC. There were times in the middle of the season that they didn’t look anything like a championship caliber team, but they have turned things completely around.

Seattle has the entire package, and is without a doubt the best team in the NFL on paper. They have the best rushing offense in the NFL, and they also have one of the best defenses in the league as well. Heading into the playoffs, they have the third best defense against the run, and the first ranked defense against the pass in the entire league.

Needless to say, the Seahawks have a very good chance to win their second championship in a row.

If the defense continues playing like it has over the past couple of weeks and the offense keeps playing consistently as well, they will be just fine. Lynch and Wilson will carry the Seahawks as far as they go this season, but the defense is going to be a major help for them.
