Well another Baseball Hall of Fame vote has come and gone, and once again, one of the greatest catchers to ever play the game was left out, as Mike Piazza did not make the cut. Considered maybe the best power-hitting catcher to ever play Major League Baseball, it’s a huge disappointment.
With disappointment, generally, comes a lot of angry people out there. On twitter Tuesday, people were voicing their displeasure at Piazza not getting the call into the Hall of Fame.
mike piazza arguably the greatest offensive catcher of all time doesn't get elected into the hall of fame again, flabbergasted
