Royal Rumble 2015 rumors: WWE locker room divided between Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns

It appears that there is a divide in the WWE locker over who should walk out with the Royal Rumble win later this month.

We are a few weeks away still from the Royal Rumble, and obviously the focus is all on who should walk out of the event as the big winner of the 30-man match. For the better part of the last year, the consensus is that Roman Reigns will be handed the honor, however there is a good majority that disagrees.

In a bit of interesting news, apparently that majority includes a few in the WWE locker room.

WrestleZone is reporting that MetsFan4Ever, the certified Reddit WWE insider, notes there is a bit of a divide among the boys in the back as to who should indeed walk out with the victory.

Now before we get to the naysayers, there are some that are on the side of Reigns. He has been hand picked as the successor to John Cena already, so these guys see it as a no-brainer to give the big man the win to start his journey towards the top.

OK, now to those naysayers.

The report states that the people in the back are against Reigns, mainly because they don’t want a repeat of what happened last year. You know, when Batista ended up getting the win everyone thought Bryan was going to get. Remember the live crowd crapping all over it, as well as the entire internet?

Now, think of what happened last year and probably double that, because this year’s event is in Philadelphia. At a big PPV event in Philly, there will be very little Reigns supporters in the audience. More than likely, should he get the win, the live crowd is going to tear him and WWE apart.

What do you think? Who do you think should get the win? Sound off in the comments below.
