The New England Patriots advance to the AFC Championship game after a thrilling come from behind win against the Baltimore Ravens.

The New England Patriots found themselves down 14 points to the Baltimore Ravens twice in their Divisional Round match up of the AFC playoffs. Both times the New England Patriots came from behind to tie the game up.

The Patriots finally took the lead with a little over five minutes left in the game for the first time, and they wouldn’t relinquish it. Joe Flacco led the Ravens down the field towards the end of the game to take the lead but a interception ended that drive and just about sealed the win for the Patriots.

That punched the Patriots ticket to the AFC Championship game where they wait the winner of the Indianapolis Colts game against the Denver Broncos. This is what the AFC side of the playoff bracket looks like.

The Patriots are also the first team to advance to a championship game on either side of the Super Bowl bracket. For those who are curious and a little over eager, here is a look at the entire NFL playoff picture.
