The Aggies did their best to upset No. 1 Kentucky, even with some questionable defense.
The Texas A&M Aggies showed they weren’t afraid of taking on the No. 1 Kentucky Wildcats. At the half, they held an impressive lead, but quickly lost it in the second half, even though they tried their best from keeping their opponents from scoring.
Desperate times call for desperate actions as the Aggies tried to stick around and compete with the No. 1 team in country during the second half.
This Aggie player must have forgotten which sport he was playing. He has some impressive wrestling moves, but there’s no room for that in college basketball. It’s weird that the baseline referee took so long to call a foul. If this type of play happened between rivals, then a brawl could have broken out. Luckily, there were only some impressive wrestling moves and a foul called with no injuries occurring.

While the Aggies’ player’s actions weren’t dirty by any means, his wrestling moves could have led to retaliation from the Wildcats bench. Instead, they look on in shock that their teammate is being picked off the ground in some WWE-like move.
Unlike WWE, college basketball isn’t scripted and someone could have sustained a serious injury if they were slammed to the ground.
