Rex Ryan worked hard to shed some pounds, but it appears the Buffalo Bills want to see the fat Rex Ryan return to the sidelines in 2015.

Since losing some weight, Rex Ryan has watched the talent on the New York Jets roster also vanish and ultimately lead to the end of his run as the team’s head coach. However, there was a time when “Sexy Rexy” wasn’t a thing and a heftier version of the head coach existed.

As it turns out, the Buffalo Bills may be looking to channel the chubby Rex Ryan who led the New York Jets to back-to-back AFC Championship games with Mark Sanchez at quarterback.

Now, why in the world would we assume that the Bills are hoping for the fat Rex Ryan on their sideline? Because they welcomed him with a gigantic, sketchy looking pizza.

Does that come with a side of breadsticks, wings and beer?

Also, what in the world is on the pizza? It looks like “Welcome Rex” is written in those Fourth of July black snakes children light for Independance Day and outlined in some fondant.

Whatever it was, it sure wouldn’t be on my pizza.

There is some good news, however. Rex Ryan seems happy to get a fresh start and the Bills roster has plenty of talent that he could maximize. Bills fans just have to hope that fat Rex Ryan doesn’t come with a side of Mark Sanchez in Buffalo.
