No. 3 – New England Patriots
The New England Patriots finish ahead of the Seattle Seahawks by virtue of wearing the better of their two uniform options. The Patriots home jerseys still have the ugly side panels, but since they only show up as red piping (versus the navy blue contrasting panels on the away jerseys) they aren’t as bad. Honestly, if the Patriots would just get rid of the piping and panels on their jerseys they would vastly improve their uniforms. Instead they look like a team eternally stuck in the early-2000s.
The Patriots helmet is a classic and it would likely push them further ahead in these rankings if the remaining two teams didn’t have two of the most iconic helmets in NFL history.
Next: Two iconic teams remain, how will they finish?
