Never let it be said the Seattle Seahawks aren’t good hosts. Safety Earl Thomas even escorted Green Bay Packers running back Eddie Lacy to a seat.
On the running play-by-play at ESPN.com, it reads simply:
"1st and 10 at GB 39 (13:05) (Shotgun) E. Lacy left end pushed ob at GB 41 for 2 yards (E. Thomas)"
But it just doesn’t do the play justice, considering that Seattle Seahawks safety Earl Thomas sent Green Bay Packers running back Eddie Lacy to a seat on the bench during the third quarter of Sunday’s NFC Championship at CenturyLink Field in Seattle.

It was the wrong bench, of course, but still, it was awfully nice of Thomas to find Lacy a place to sit at the end of a tough play.
Or maybe it wasn’t so nice.
In any event, the Packers had a 16-0 lead over the Seahawks at the half, but Seattle gained a ton of momentum when punter Jon Ryan threw a 19-yard touchdown pass to offensive lineman Garry Gilliam on a fake field goal.
That Ryan got to throw his third career pass against the team that released him prior to the 2008 season in favor of keeping journeyman Derrick Frost, who lasted 12 games before he was released by the Packers.
On the other hand, Ryan has picked up a Super Bowl ring with the Seahawks while becoming their career leader with a 44.8 yard per kick average in his seven seasons in Seattle.
