Everyone take a minute to pour one out for the sad Seattle Seahawks fans who lost their fan cards on Sunday afternoon when they left the NFC Championship Game early.

The Seattle Seahawks were trailing the Green Bay Packers late in the second half, but they were able to secure a miracle comeback to punch their ticket to Super Bowl XLIX.

A touchdown, onside kick recovery, second touchdown and wild two-point conversion led to overtime, before Russell Wilson made his best pass of the game to beat the Packers deep down field for the game-winning touchdown.

Unfortunately for some Seahawks fans, they were forced to watch the epic comeback from behind.

Why? They did so because they left the game early.

Whoops.

It has to suck for the fans that left the game early, because they missed such a big moment in the team’s history.

You can’t feel sorry for those fans, though. They anted up a hefty price to secure a ticket to the NFC Championship game and bailed on their team when times got rough. Now, they have to go on with life knowing their fandom couldn’t take the tough times and they had to watch their team reach the Super Bowl from off the bandwagon.
