Rajon Rondo did what he had to do to make the save for the Mavericks.

The Dallas Mavericks are taking on the Memphis Grizzlies Monday night, and this game has provided us with one of the funnier moments of the year, thanks to Mr. Rajon Rondo.

Oh, this is great stuff.

Now that he’s on a playoff contender, you can see that Rondo is playing with a new fire. That’s not to say that he mailed it in with the Celtics, but with a lot more on the line with his new team, he’s all over the place.

Well Monday night he showed that enthusiasm when he made the save on a possession for the Mavericks. The best part, though? Well, he hit Marc Gasol right in the junk to make sure his team kept the ball.

Oh that is just special. Now, of course, you can tell that Rondo didn’t do it on purpose, but it still doesn’t make it any less funny.
