4.) Health of Richard Sherman and Earl Thomas

If Seattle is to win Super Bowl XLIX, they will need a strong performance from their defense.

Well, that will be hard to do if they don’t have the Legion of Boom in full health.

Thomas hurt his shoulder in the beginning of the game and Sherman hurt his elbow in the fourth quarter.

Thomas’ injury is the least worrisome of the two since he just missed some time in the first half and then later returned, but it’s still unknown as to what exactly he did.

Sherman’s injury seems a bit more serious at this time, though.

The corner was in obvious amounts of pain when he first hurt his elbow, and barely moved his arm after it happened.

The good news for the Seahawks is that the two players have a couple of weeks to recover, and they both say that they will be good to go for the Super Bowl.
