Hyrule Warriors Majora’s Mask DLC Details Released
By April McGee
The Majora’s Mask DLC for Hyrule Warriors will debut February 5, 2015. So gamers finally have something to look forward to this new year.
Those of you that purchased the Hero of Hyrule Pack those many months ago only have a little longer to wait. The previous DLC packs have given players new adventure maps, costumes, weapons, story episodes and Twili Midna as a playable character. The Majora’s Mask DLC is not going to disappoint.
This DLC pack gives players two new characters: Young Link & Tingle. Don’t be fooled by Young Link’s adorable appearance. He comes equipped with the Fierce Deity’s mask and can unleash a can of whoop-ass on any doubting foe.

Giving players the chance to play as Tingle should be enough of a bonus itself. He proves that money is power by smacking enemies with his fat wallet. And if taking out your pent-up aggression on some Stalchildren with Tingle’s “Kooloo-Limpah” dance isn’t enough then I don’t know what to tell you.
Some fans of the series are disappointed that Skull Kid will not be included as a playable character. The DLC will include a Skull Kid costume for Lana but it seems that is the most Nintendo will be supplying regarding this character. Sheik & Impa will be outfitted with new costumes from Ocarina of Time as well.
The menacing moon will haunt players as they embark on the new Termina Field Adventure Map which is also included with the DLC.
As we all know Hyrule Warriors’ gameplay is unlike that of any other in the Zelda franchise. Revisiting storylines and characters has given gamers an overwhelming feeling of nostalgia.
The Majora’s Mask DLC does not underperform on this aspect of Hyrule Warriors.
We definitely think it is worth the investment on the Nintendo eShop.
