Anthony Davis draws hilarious picture of Charles Barkley
By Evan Massey
New Orleans Pelicans star Anthony Davis drew a hilarious picture of TNT analyst Charles Barkley.
Anyone that watches the NBA on TNT knows how much fun the cast likes to have at the expense of Charles Barkley. That was the case once again when New Orleans Pelicans star Anthony Davis was asked to sketch a picture of Barkley during an interview with Rachel Nichols.

Needless to say, the sketch didn’t go all that well and it ended up being a laughing matter in the Atlanta studio. Davis didn’t do that bad of a job for being asked on the spot, but some of the features that Barkley had in the picture made it hilarious. It is still impressive that a basketball star like Davis would be able to put forth a decent attempt at a sketch of a picture on the spot.
Take a look at the video of Nichols interviewing Davis and asking him to sketch the picture of Barkley:
Davis has had a big season this year for the Pelicans, and is averaging 24.3 points, 10.4 rebounds, and 2.9 blocks per game.
Unfortunately, the Pelicans have not been a very good team and are on the outside looking in at the Western Conference playoff race. They have a 21-21 record, and really don’t have a reason to be that low in the Western Conference with all of the talent that they have compiled on their roster.
It is going to be interesting to see how Davis and the Pelicans continue throughout the second half of the season. They still have a chance to win their way into the playoffs, but it is going to take some work.
