LeBron James and J.R. Smith put on a pretty nice show Friday night against the Hornets
Friday night LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers are taking on the Charlotte Hornets, and in the first half of this one, it has been all Cavaliers as they’re just having their way with Charlotte.
If you need any evidence of this, then look no further than this incredible half court alley-oop play LeBron finished that J.R. Smith started.
Yes, that J.R. Smith.
With about six minutes to go in the second quarter of this one, Kyrie Irving tipped the ball away from the Hornets and it just so happened to land in the hands of Smith, who immediately saw LeBron down the other end.
The sequence goes like this…
Yeah, not many people making fun of J.R. Smith now, are they?!?
This Cavaliers team as a whole just seems to be clicking throughout this past week and Smith seems to be starting to fit right in with his new team since his move from the Knicks.
More plays like this and he’ll be Cleveland’s new hero. OK, maybe not, but it’s fun to think about.
