While New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick was referencing “My Cousin Vinny” in a press conference, the movie was playing on Starz.

New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick addressed the media for the second time in three days to talk about deflated footballs and the scandal that has lingered since the AFC Championship game.

It was a long lecture on a myriad of scientific terms and issues, like atmospheric pressure and conditions. Aside from that there were a host of sentences with the word “balls” in it that had everyone’s inner middle schooler giggling.

And as incredible as all that was, it might not have even been the best part of the entire show. At one point Belichick made a reference to the movie “My Cousin Vinny” by saying he’s “Not the Mona Lisa Vito of the football world”.

Well as fate would have it, guess what was playing on Starz during the press conference.

That is some sort of kismet going on in the universe right now. The movie title and even Marisa Tomei began to trend on Twitter.

Nevertheless there are probably a lot of people trying to head over to Netflix to watch it. Too bad Blockbusters aren’t around anymore or there might be a run on stores for this movie.
