Many players have put up dominant performances throughout the history of the Super Bowl. We’ve ranked the 30 greatest performances of them all.
It’s Super Bowl week and that means its time for the annual journey through the history of the most hyped up game in sports. The Super Bowl is where legacies are built and where huge performances live on forever. Some names will never be forgotten almost entirely because of their play in the big game alone. This diverse list is full of Hall of Fame inductees, but also features a few surprising names. We’ve gone through all 48 Super Bowls and have picked out the greatest individual games of all-time.
The quarterback position has obviously brought us a lot of great performances in Super Bowl history, although more than half of the names on this list are not quarterbacks. The NFL is a team sport and sometimes the most unexpected players shine on the world’s biggest stage. Every performance has been analyzed and ranked on this list for you, the fans, to enjoy. Will a player from Super Bowl XLIX have a big enough game to be added to this list after Sunday? We’ll find out soon enough.
