Two

This is the second meeting between the two quarterbacks. Russell Wilson and the Seahawks won the first matchup 24-23 back in October of 2012. Brady threw two interceptions during that game.

This is Russell Wilson’s second consecutive Super Bowl appearance and the second where he’ll face a legendary quarterback who already has a Super Bowl win under his belt.

Tom Brady will play for a Super Bowl championship at University of Phoenix Stadium for the second time in his career. The first time was the heart-breaking loss to the Giants after a perfect 2007 regular season.

The Patriots were 9-1 (11-1 counting the playoffs) this season when Brady threw at least two touchdown passes. The Seahawks were 5-3 (6-3 counting the playoffs) when Wilson did the same. Seattle was 7-1 (8-1 including the playoffs) when Wilson threw less than two touchdown passes.
