124. <p>Will Shields played all 14 years of his NFL career with the Kansas City Chiefs where he played in all 224 games and made 223 starts as one of the most dominant guards of all-time. The lone game he didn’t start was the first regular season game of his rookie year.</p> <p>Shields came to the Chiefs after winning the Outland Trophy at Nebraska and as their third round pick in the 1993 draft. He made the Pro Bowl every year from 1995-2006 and played in all 12 games to tie for the most of all-time with Champ Bailey and Hall of Fame guard Randall McDaniel.</p> <p>He was a seven-time All-Pro who helped pave the way for Hall of Famer Marcus Allen, Priest Holmes and Larry Johnson as the Chiefs consistently finished among the top-five rushing offenses in the NFL with him entrenched at his guard position. He is a member of the 2000s All-Decade Team.</p> <p>Shields was a finalist for the Hall of Fame in 2012.</p>. OG. KC. Will Shields. 4. player
