A diehard football fan made the Lombardi Trophy completely out of bacon ahead of tonight’s Super Bowl between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks.
There are always funny stories throughout the course of an NFL season and there are creative fans that steal the show. That was the case once again today with Super Bowl 49 kicking off tonight, when a diehard fan created a bacon masterpiece. He made the Lombardi Trophy completely out of bacon.

Now that is what most Americans would love to eat on Super Bowl Sunday. Combining bacon and football are two of the most enjoyed things by men in the United States.

Tonight is expected to be a very entertaining and exciting game between two very talented football teams. Both the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots are very well coached and have plenty of talent on their rosters. Seattle is more known for their defense, while the Patriots have a potent offense.
During last seasons Super Bowl, the Seahawks were able to dispatch of the Denver Broncos. Peyton Manning and the Broncos were one of the deadliest offenses in the league, but the Seahawks’ defense was able to frustrate them to the tune of a 43-8 blowout.
All of that being said, whoever is hosting the party that this bacon trophy will be served at will be a hero among their friends. It isn’t every day that someone will go that “hog-wild” on something like this, pun intended. This is truly one of the best creations with an NFL theme in quite some time, and its artistic work has to be appreciated.
So despite the fact that you will not be eating a bacon trophy this evening, make sure to enjoy the game and be safe.
