McDonald’s unveils new ad campaign that will tug at your heart strings.
I bet you never in a million years would have expected to be moved to tears by a McDonald’s commercial.

Well, guess what? That day has arrived.
In McDonald’s latest ad campaign designed to make me break down crying in the middle of a Super Bowl party, the fast food chain released a commercial that seemingly captured footage of real customers being told that they would have to pay for their food in different ways.
No, they’re not asked to complete some sort of mafioso style favor. The cashiers behind the counter totaled their food up to things like “call your mother and tell her you love her,” or that they would have to do a fun dance for their food.
One payment had a mother telling her son what she loved about him. That threatened to not leave a dry eye at any Super Bowl party.
One cashier in the video states the concept clearly: You pay with lovin’. And the craziest part about all this? This is not just for the commercial.
Apparently, through February 14th, Valentine’s Day, McDonalds will select customers at random to “pay with lovin'” just like the people in the television spot. More reason to go to McDonald’s, besides gorging yourself on McRibs before they disappear again.
