Super Bowl prop bet results: Idina Menzel offered up a solid rendition of the national anthem for this year’s Super Bowl, and in doing so went over the two-minute-and-one-second mark set by Vegas.
Idina Menzel stood center stage for the national anthem prior to Super Bowl XLIX at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.

The Vegas prop bets for the game — which are a yearly occurrence — had the Frozen star capped at two minutes and one second. However, any one willing to bet that Menzel would take her time singing the national anthem and soak it all in, could place a wager at a payout of (+105).
It was mentioned during an appearance on The Dan LeBatard Show earlier this week that Menzel would “take her time” and “soak it all in.” This was the case as Menzel was clocked in at two minutes and five seconds for the song.
This was one of the more interesting prop bets of the game, and there was also a spending limit with some organizations limiting the amount that could be bet to $50.
ESPN Business reporter Darren Rovell also mentioned via Twitter that Menzel did not mess up any of the lyrics to America’s anthem.
Sorry for those who bet on Menzel forgetting a word. She did not.
