New England Patriots cornerback Brandon Browner took a shot at President Barack Obama after winning Super Bowl 49 against his former team, the Seattle Seahawks.
Brandon Browner didn’t get to play in last year’s Super Bowl with the Seahawks because of a suspension and his absence from the game against the Denver Broncos apparently had President Obama forgetting about the Pro Bowl cornerback too.

After the Seahawks visited the White House to celebrate their first Super Bowl victory, Obama mentioned the dominance of their secondary dubbed the “Legion of Boom” with Richard Sherman, Earl Thomas and Kam Chancellor all playing key roles in the win.
However, Obama failed to mention Browner and felt disrespected by POTUS.
Obama gets more than his fair share of criticism, it comes with the territory, but I would give him a pass for neglecting to mention Browner since he only played eight games that year and was suspended for the Super Bowl.
Sure his contributions helped the Seahawks when he was on the field, but his actions alone were the reason why he didn’t get to play in what was then the biggest game of his life, but Browner has a message for Obama after playing in and winning the Super Bowl this time.
Browner played in nine regular season games for the Patriots this year after missing the first four game for missing drug tests and was inactive the first two weeks he was eligible to return before making his team debut in the seventh game of the year.
He finished with 25 tackles and one interception, one Super Bowl victory and one call out of the leader of the free world.
I’m pretty certain Obama won’t forget to mention Browner’s name this time around.
