Dallas Cowboys cornerback Sterling Moore might have been stuck with a hefty bar tab from Tony Romo and Jason Witten.
Professional athletes sticking one another with bar tabs and bills isn’t anything new. For instance, when Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant was a rookie he got stuck with a rather hefty bar tab.
It looks like the Dallas Cowboys are back up to their old tricks, with Cowboys cornerback Sterling Moore getting stuck with a dinner tab. Moore took to Twitter to vent about being stuck with the dinner tab of several Cowboys players including quarterback Tony Romo and tight end Jason Witten.
Of course that $4,000 dinner tab is nothing in comparison to the $55k bill that Bryant got stuck with. The other thing at play here is Moore’s status, this wasn’t some rookie prank either. Moore has been in the league since 2011 and this was either a misunderstanding or a joke amongst friends. What is also interesting is the reference to Miles, as in Miles Austin? That’s right, Romo and Witten reunited with Miles Austin.
The where of it was an even better story.
They were probably sneaking out to avoid fans, and I’m assuming that isn’t where dinner was.
