Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll’s last four defensive coordinators confirm a trend

With the promotion of Kris Richard as Seattle Seahawks defensive coordinator, a trend has been confirmed: Pete Carroll seems to prefer that bald men run his defense.

The Score’s David P. Woods passed along the trend, after it was spotted by a reddit user:

That is conclusive evidence if I’ve ever seen it. Nick Holt, Gus Bradley, Dan Quinn, and now Kris Richard.

Carroll is clearly a hair-ist (anti-hairite? I’ll work on the term). Carroll now has a scandal to match Bill Belichick; let’s just start calling this BaldGate right now.

At this rate, Carroll could be facing a discrimination lawsuit from defensive coordinators with full heads of hair, led, of course, by Rob Ryan, because he has the longest locks on the open market.

Or maybe this is an empowerment thing for bald men?

If that’s the case, I take it all back, Pete Carroll; that’s very noble of you.

Of course, if this trend continues, we all know where this is heading:
