Welcome back to the BAE Index

Fear the beard

James Harden put up 40 points, 12 rebounds and nine assists in the Houston Rockets’ 127-118 win against the Phoenix Suns Tuesday night. He made 13 of his 23 shots and went 11-for-14 at the line. He was simply unstoppable, hitting 3-pointers, layups and mid-range shots no matter who the Suns threw at him.

Including P.J. Tucker, who had first-row seats to the dagger.

Brooks botches the play

The common conception is that Aaron Brooks made a terrible pass to a trailing Nikola Mirotic but this could also be his attempt at Swaggy P’ing a layup. I would bet on the former, but who knows with this guy.

Silly Suns

The Phoenix Suns–who have struggled to win tight games this season–had a few chances to win Tuesday night’s match against the Houston Rockets, but they kinda blew it. It started in the first quarter, when Eric Bledsoe and P.J. Tucker forgot the steps of a simple inbounds pass.

Markieff Morris > Josh Smith

“Josh Smith has played so well with the Houston Rockets, he’s really fit in and bought in to what head coach Kevin McHale has preached. He’s even thrived coming off the bench. He’s the kind of energy player this team need–” OOOOOHHHHHH SMOOVE JUST GOT DUNKED ON BY A MORRIS TWIN!!!!

Brian Shaw is a book worm

Brian Shaw’s job is on the line and one reason he’s struggled so much is because, apparently, he can’t relate to his players. SO what has he done? Started reading “Talking to dumb kids for dummies!”
