Victor Oladipo got everyone off their feet with an incredible 540 dunk during the Slam Dunk Contest

It’s been rare over the last couple of years to hear anyone say anything positive about the Sprite Slam Dunk Contest, but early on Saturday night, Victor Oladipo may have put some changes in motion where this is concerned.

Yes, the young star of the Orlando Magic got everyone off of their feet with his first dunk and it earned him the coveted perfect score from the judges.

If you did not see it, it was amazing. Oladipo got things started off by completing a 540 dunk.

Yes…HE HIT A 540!


Again, for as much complaining as there has been over the years recently regarding the dunk contest, there is no way that anyone can say anything bad about what just happened there.

To make things even better, he got it all started off by coming out and singing “New York, New York.”
