On December 30, Jim Harbaugh was officially announced as the head coach at Michigan. Since then, he has done his part trying to rebuild the program after a few debacle-type years with Brady Hoke.

Dating back to his days at Stanford, Harbaugh is one of the best coaches in football and it will come as no surprise if he were to revamp this Michigan program. Interestingly enough, Harbaugh is doing a ton of things at Michigan and not all of them are helping ‘his’ players.
It was reported Tuesday morning that Harbaugh has been working with projected top-5 pick Jameis Winston and middle-round pick Bryce Petty.
Both quarterbacks are seen as two of the best quarterbacks in the draft and although they have the talent to be solid NFL quarterbacks, both are getting tutelage from Harbaugh, who is widely known in the football world for being one of the best quarterback developers.
Michigan’s Football account recently released this photo of the three in a classroom with Harbaugh at the front of the room coaching the two prospects.

The combine will be this week and both quarterbacks are at Schembechler Hall to work on their skills with Harbaugh. NFL.com also reported the story just minutes after the photo was put out on Twitter.
In terms of his credentials, Harbaugh knows what it takes to play quarterback at the professional level.
Although he was a career backup, Harbaugh has been around the league and he has worked with many coaches and he has played in many offenses. In his playing career, Harbaugh spent time with the Chicago Bears, the Indianapolis Colts, the Baltimore Ravens, the San Diego Chargers, and the Carolina Panthers.
With such a respectable pedigree at both the collegiate and the professional level, Winston and Petty are making the smart choice to work with Harbaugh.
