NBA Trade Deadline: Top 8 NBA deals we all want to see happen, that probably won’t
Here are eight NBA trade deadline deals we’d love to see happen, but sadly probably won’t.
With the NBA trade deadline rapidly approaching, NBA teams are frantically looking towards the trading circuit to add some talent, unload some expensive contracts, or start to rebuild for the future. This creates some plausible trade scenarios and some ridiculous ones.

Some more realistic deals could end up having Wilson Chandler, Goran Dragic, Brook Lopez, and Deron Williams all find a new home come Friday evening. If a couple teams could find something that works both ways, we might see some moves made. But as plausible as these situations are, there are some deals that will probably never happen. Or at least not happen anytime soon.
Some unlikely scenarios, while entertaining and sometimes absurd, do ask important questions of the structure of certain NBA teams. Is Taj Gibson going to search for a starting spot somewhere other than Chicago? Is Ty Lawson going to find a team besides Denver? Will KG figure out a way to win another championship?
All of these questions will be answered and more as I tackle the NBA trade rumors that most likely won’t happen this year. The fine line between “rumor” and “gossip” will be walked while discussing some of my favorite deals that teams could pursue before the trade deadline is over.
