Dwyane Wade and the Miami Heat thought they were contenders again, but then tragedy hit Chris Bosh out of nowhere.

I know it seems like ages ago, but it was Bosh who first joined Wade in Miami for the would-be super team.
Although those three were torn apart after James left for Cleveland this summer, Miami appeared to have yet another top trio after the Heat acquired Goran Dragic from Phoenix at the trade deadline.
Things were looking up, but then the bizarre story of Bosh broke yesterday. Bosh was feeling pain in his ribs and was taken to the hospital, only to discover that he had a blood clot in his lungs and will miss the remainder of the season.

Here is Wade talking to reporters for a moment on the status of his teammate and friend:
I think the biggest thing to take away from what Wade said was that Bosh is in good spirits.
Hopefully the all-star can make a quick recovery and return to the court for next season.
