While most of the boxing world is (understandably) excited for Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao in May, another one of the current greats, Gennady Golovkin, is set to enter the ring on Saturday night in Monaco.

More from Boxing

Gennady Golovkin may not have the biggest name to the casual boxing fan, but he is undoubtedly as it currently gets in the sport.

Golovkin (31-0, 28 KO) is the favorite over Murray (29-1-1, 12 KO), and he would like to use Saturday’s fight to earn another signature knockout win with his punching power on display. If Gennady Golovkin is able to do that against Murray, who is anothing but a pushover, he could walk away from Salle des Etoiles with his hand raised and a big name/big money fight on the horizon.
