Welcome back to the Bae Index

YOOOOOOO J.R. SMITHHHHHHHH

First, shout out to Iman Shumpert for that pass. Shump found J.R. Smith cutting on the baseline behind the Knicks “defense” and threw it up for the alley oop. But this was more than an oop. This was a revenge oop. An “I can do this” oop.

Smith and Shump got their revenge for some frustrating years with the Knicks, and then they hugged to celebrate afterwards.

LeBron Passes Iverson

LeBron James came into Sunday’s game against the New York Knicks three points behind Allen Iverson on the NBA’s all-time scoring list. It took him 1:44 to leap A.I., with the milestone points coming on a layup on which Kevin Love assisted.

LeBron has said Iverson was one of his idols growing up, and now Iverson is looking up at him. So to speak.

Giannis Steppin’

When Giannis dunking off the euro step gets boring to watch, we’ll stop writing about it. But we are not even close to that day, so we will celebrate each and every one of Giannis’ euro step scores like it’s ice cream cake.

… and that scowl at the end. Greatness.

The Worst Justin At Basketball Games Isn’t Bieber

So Doug from The Hangover was at the Knicks game, and his interview with the sideline reporter is more cringe worthy than any of the Nation Treasure sequels.

Make it stop! This is why you were only in The Hangover for, like, seven seconds, Justin. You can’t handle being on camera.
