Apparently the Tampa Bay Buccaneers general manager is concerned about Jameis Winston and his off-field issues.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are trying to sort out who they want to take at the top of the 2015 NFL Draft. They’ll likely look to resolve their quarterback issues, and that means deciding between Oregon’s Marcus Mariota and Florida State’s Jameis Winston.

Winston would be appealing for the fans, since Tampa Bay is in Florida and there are likely some cross over fans. Think about those delusional Jacksonville Jaguars fans wanting Tim Tebow under center.

Nevertheless, the Jaguars aren’t sold on Winston no matter how great he is according to draft guru Todd McShay, who ranked Winston behind only Andrew Luck over the last 10 years.

Buccaneers general manager Jason Licht admitted that he is worried about Winston’s off-field issues.

Via MMQBSI:

"At one point Saturday morning Licht mused about the two possibilities of Winston the person. “Bad guy or immaturity?” Licht said. “I’m leaning toward the latter.”…"

"“I’d be lying if I said I don’t spend a lot of time thinking about the off-field stuff,” he said. “It’s always in the back of your mind.”"

His off-field issues include allegations of sexual assault and theft of crab legs. Not to mention that incident when he was suspended, but still suited up and warmed up for a game, only to be sent back to the locker room.
