The new AP Poll was released on Monday, and of course, the voters are still sold mightily on the Kentucky Wildcats
For the past three weeks the AP Poll voters have absolutely fallen in love with this undefeated Kentucky Wildcats team that we’ve seen this year, so much so that they made them the unanimous No. 1 in the weekly rankings. Well on Monday for the Week 16 AP Poll that was released, it was more of the same from the voters on the panel.
The Week 16 AP Poll was released on Monday, and once again the Wildcats were the unanimous pick for the top spot. This past week Kentucky was able to move to 27-0, continuing their pursuit of perfection. It’s pretty safe to say that if they keep up their dominant winning ways, they will be the unanimous No. 1 going forward in future rankings.
Most of the rankings near the top stayed pretty much the same, with the exception of Utah dropping out of the Top 10. The Utes dropped from No. 9 to 13 following this past week.
