Friendly Bounce Belt: Bango and his Yeezy Boosts win the title

Welcome back to theĀ Friendly Bounce Belt, our weekly power rankings of awesome moments in the NBA. Last time, it was Zach LaVine taking home the title for his impressive performance in the Slam Dunk Contest. Let’s see who took home the belt this week.

The Champion: Bango and his Yeezy Boosts

The Yeezy Boosts are Kanye’s first shoe release with Adidas, and with only 9,000 pairs released, they’re quite the collector’s item. So leave it to Bango, the coolest mascot in the NBA, to snag a pair. Giannis is taking over the world, they just got Michael Carter-Williams, and Bango has a pair of Yeezy Boosts. The Bucks are so hot right now.

The Contenders:

I see you Tony.

Richard Jefferson’s jam

I will always remember Richard Jefferson as a New Jersey Net playing with Jason Kidd on their Eastern Conference winning teams of the early 2000s. And now 15 years later Jason Kidd is in his second year as a coach, and RJ is throwing down on fools. 2015 is LIT.

This picture of Russell Westbrook

Man, Westbrook is just unbelievable. He threw up 21 points, 8 rebounds and 17 assists tonight, and he did it in 27 minutes! He’s averaging 32/8/9 in February, which is just unreal.

How?

Marcus Smart’s passing

A couple of pretty impressive plays from the young Celtic. Boston is still bad, but they have a young and exciting backcourt with Smart, Isaiah Thomas, and Avery Bradley.
