LeBron James accidentally ripped one of his biggest sponsors when he basically said McDonalds food was unhealthy.
Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James kind of messed up Tuesday when he was talking to the media and dissed one of his biggest sponsors, McDonalds, who pays him millions to be one of their many celebrity endorsers.

According to a report by Cleveland.com, James was asked about when he started to get serious about weight lifting, and his response was a bit insulting to McDonalds.
“Umm, 24. I ate McDonald’s my first couple years in the NBA. I didn’t stretch,” James said. “It didn’t matter. I was 18 and I could do whatever I wanted to.”
James was then asked when the last time was that he ate at McDonalds, and obviously he realized his mistake because his answer was a tad bit ridiculous.
“Every day. Every day. Every day,” James said. “I had it this morning. Egg and sausage McMuffin. All day.”
Because LeBron James is the biggest superstar in the NBA, he likely won’t lose any kind of deal he has with McDonalds, but you can expect them to talk to Mr. James about his recent comments and ask him to be much more careful in the future.
LeBron James went back to the Cleveland Cavaliers where he was drafted in 2003 this year after spending four season with the Miami Heat where he went 2-for-4 in the NBA Finals.
The Cavs are currently fourth in the Eastern Conference standings as they continue their push to win the first championship for the city of Cleveland.
