The Los Angeles Dodgers are one team that could use some starting pitching help, and they are normally very aggressive on the trade market. Cole Hamels would be an excellent addition to their rotation, and they have the type of talent necessary to make something happen with the Philadelphia Phillies.
Hamels would be an excellent addition alongside of Clayton Kershaw and Zack Greinke, and would make the Dodgers a much more serious postseason contender. They have all the pieces in place to make a run this season, but one more legitimate starting pitcher would be ideal for them. It would be interesting to see what Los Angeles would have to give up to get a deal done with the Phillies, but they could afford it.
They are without question one of the main teams to keep an eye on in trade talks surrounding Hamels. He would be a huge piece for them moving forward, and they would give him a good chance at competing for a championship. There is no question that the Dodgers would be a good fit, and they would likely be interested in he came available.
